There's disappointingly not enough colour options, so don't be fooled by the name.
Since I'm a warm olive-caramel skin tone I could only use the dark beige, green and pink shades which I felt was a total waste. Also the green and pink shades are way too pigmented compared to the other shades. It gave me ashy patches where my problem areas are causing the need to apply extra foundation.
Definitely not for the on-the-go busy lifestyles.
Not too bad. Good starting option. Only reason I would not repurchase is cause I have hordes of concealers I want to finish using.
Pros:
- 3 skin colour shades, 2 correcting shades
- can mix the skin colour shades if one specific one doesn't suit
- creamy consistency
- long lasting cover (on my skin at least)
Cons:
- tendency to crease
- shades limited for a lot of people
- difficult to apply with a brush, best to use fingers to warm the product and help blending into skin
When I applied this product, it seemed like heaven. My freckles were immediately covered.
However after setting my make - up with powder (a good quality one), I found a few minutes later my face started to crease around the specific areas I but the concealer on, making me look old with bad skin.
I changed my powder the next time around (also a good quality one) and this happened again.
Being Indian with an olive tone, this product did not blend or assist in covering or concealing the marks or my dark circles. They left my skin with a slight grey tinge and that affected the foundation i applied thereafter.
The product is no suited for all skin tones. I would not buy it again or recommend it to anyone else
This product was a waste for me. I only use the orange/peachy shade in an attempt to hide the dark circles. I still needed a concealer because the beige shades were all too light.
This concealer palette turned out to be okay, nothing too special, nothing too great. I made use most of the two lightest skin tone shades as they were pretty good at covering my dark circles and blemishes. As for the darkest skin tone shade, I tried to contour with it once and it hardly showed up - it is still quite a light shade. I didn't make use out of the pink shade at all (mine is quite old now and I think they have replaced it with a more orange shade) and the green shade wasn't good at hiding redness. I wouldn't purchase it again but for a beginner or someone looking for some light to medium coverage concealers I would recommend as it is still quite affordable.

I’ve seen many makeup guru’s use all weirdly coloured conceals and to be honest I was a bit weirded out by it. But recently, that has all changed. I’m obsessed with these colour correctors… BUT… the down side of these cream colour correctors are that they aren’t the easiest to apply. I use my finger to apply these correctors which isn’t my favourite way to apply, although I have heard that the warmth from the finger actually helps the concealer blender in better. Setting the concealers with a powder really helped. So, would I recommend this product? Yes, but probably not for someone whom suffers with oily skin.
I did not enjoy this product. The formula is way too creamy and kind of oily. It just did not set and made me oily wherever I applied it. The colours were visible underneath my foundation and powder and the lighter colours were very ashy. Sadly, l will not repurchase this.
So the shade selection isn't that good, as it's meant for people with pink undertones rather than yellow. BUT i still bought it as it had a green and salmon concealer which I wanted to use for the slight redness in my face (green) and purple-brown blemishes (salmon).
I used the salmon to cover my spots, and I blended it into the skin completely and ensured no excess product then applied my foundation over and I have to admit, it did the job of concealing the light-medium scarring. Which i was grateful for but after a few hours, about 2 , the concealer creased and made my face look so cakey even after setting it with powder.
Next I tried using the other normal coloured concealers , as I didn't want to waste but the product was too thick and creamy that it became so exhausting to try to blend it in perfectly. (ALSO CREASED)
And lastly, I used the green concealer around my nose area as that is where I have redness. It was good enough to conceal them.
Verdict: I wouldn't recommend this product for people with both oily or dry skin. My cheek area is dry and the product still appeared cakey and my nose area is oily, and the concealer creased.
And it was R70 which is cheaper in comparison to most concealers but then again, it was not worth the R70 i spent
When I saw this concealer palette I was just sold. The price isn't bad at all and it just seemed like a very interesting product to own. However, the regret started to kick in after the first use.
Firstly the pink, rosy shade looked quite strange under my eyes(I have super pale skin) and creased like crazy and faded throughout the day. The same for the other colours and they give very sheer coverage. In my opinion the best shade in the pallette is the green, not for it's coverage, but the ability to tone down the redness in my face.
I feel like I should mention this too, the consistency is very buttery, almost oily and definitely not my favourite.
I would not recommend this pallette.
Perfect little go to concealer palette for a quick fix. All the necessary shades for a lighter skintone from a quick fix to hiding under eye circles and redness. Also found the darkest and lightest shade ideal for very light contouring when going for a more natural look. Consistency Is smooth and easily blendable.????
I have read about this product and wanted to try it for myself.
I found that the consistency of the product was creamy and felt nice but it did not blend well and did not do anything for the areas I wanted to correct.
I think this product is best suited for light/caucasian skin types and does not work well for oilier skins
Well, I was so excited to see this concealer at Dischem and I was 100% on giving it a try without any hesitation.
What a waste of my cash really!
I have a combination skin with bad blemishes including dark marks under my eyes. I thought the beige shade will somehow cancel or at least give my blemishes a hide but was I wrong. I tried to put on the shade and it does nothing for my skin at all. The product it self its very creamy and doesn't blend well in my skin it just vanishes into thin air and I was kind of like asking myself "whaaat happened...like... where are you concealer babe?" Do you think I got answers from this product? Nope! nothing at all.
To cut the story shot, WASTE, WASTE of my time and my money Nje!
The product doesnt deliver PERIOD.COM!
Price: GREAT!
Packaging: GREAT!
Price: Totally AFFORDABLE!
That it!!
I am usually a fan of Catrice products but this was is probably one of the worst concealers that I have ever tried.
This pallet comes with 2 correcting colours- salmon and green which work well for masking either dark areas or reddish areas on the face and three concealing colours.
It also has a great creamy texture but this is where my love for the product ends.
I find that the product doesn't have great staying power and towards midday I start to look like a panda as the concealer moves too easily even after setting it with a powder. Also I have tried a few techniques to blend the concealer and I find the consistency just doesnt blend as well as other concealers I've tried.
I'm on the fence with this one. I am pregnant and suffering from bad hormonal breakouts that leaves me with awful pimples, bright red all the time. I use the green and it really masks the red spots very well. The problem is once I apply my BB cream over it, it disappears. If I apply it over the BB cream it seems to cake and doesn't blend very well. So it's a bit of work to find the right balance to make it cover up what you need covered.
For the price though, I think it's a good buy and one definitely worth trying out as it works better than some of the more expensive concealers out there.
Unfortunately this palette really looked better than it worked. I bought it to try and do some contouring with the shades of concealer, and figured I'd be able to make use of the colour correcting shades too.
It doesn't blend into my skin well at all (with foundation and without, I tried both), instead it just sits on top of my skin and will come off if you even slightly touch it.
The colour correctors didn't work at all for me - they did nothing.
While the contouring with the concealor shades worked, they just didn't last longer than an hour and smudged and moved around on my skin.
I bought this concealer palette as it had green which I was looking for to use on my red cheeks and forehead.
I really love the creamy texture of the concealer, and the fact that there are different colours that you can mix and match to find your perfect shade.
The green is brilliant at covering the redness, and the pinky/salmon colour is perfect for the dark bags under the eyes.
Pros:
- Good price
- Good coverage
- Able to mix and match colours
- Green is good for redness
- Pink is good for under eye circles
Great affordable buy! The green shade is very effective for the red areas on my skin and the beige shades can be mixed nicely to conceal other imperfections.
I really do love this palette, you get 5 shades - 3 for concealing blemishes (light, medium and dark), 1 for correcting dark under eye circles (pink) and 1 for correcting red ness (green). Over all this is a good product, even though if you do already have foundation on and then you use it, it can cake up a bit that's why I put this concealer on before my foundation and it covers pretty well. It does crease a little when you put it under the eyes but nothing that is extremely noticeable. I use this almost everyday and it lasts throughout.
This concealer comes with 5 different colored concealers to tackle uneven skin tone, red patches and so on. I myself find it a bit drying for winters but its perfect for summers when my skin tends to a bit on the oily side. Is creamy texture glides on easily and all your skin imperfections..
I recently read that a salmon coloured concealer is best to cover a blueish under eye circles and so when i came across this platte i had to get it. The green is great for covering any redness. There is 3 varieties of beiges so i was able to get perfect colour coverage. The best part was this item was so affordable and good quality. Definitely recommend it for good coverage.
This is probably one of my most used concealers. I love that it is so easy to use and it offers great coverage. I love mixing the three beige colours together to get the perfect colour for my skin! I'm just in love with this concealer!
I agree this is a treat on bad skin days. Just sweep a little bit over your uneven skin and it helps conceal imperfections. You do have to use quite a bit and beland well but it does give a nutural finish.
This is actually a staple to all make-up lovers. If you are having a bad skin day, bags under the eyes and such, this makes a big difference. Each colour is used for different imperfections. Quite nifty.
