Trust me when I say this eyeliner does not budge - no smudging whatsoever! I tried out the Bourjois Paris Contour Clubbing Waterproof Eyeliner on blue it yourself and whilst I liked the change from my regular black liner to blue, I didn't like the slight shimmer in this particular pencil. This eyeliner is great to use and glides on so easily, definitely worth the try!
