This thick and creamy lip protectant is a moisture therapy in a tube! Super hydrating and ultra-moisturising, Blistex Moisture Melt contains moisturising spheres that you can see and feel working. At first, the moisture repair beads feel a bit weird on your lips. But as you press your lips together, they simply melt away leaving your lips moisturised, instead of just glossing or coating them with a substance that does not sink in.
Blistex Moisture Melt works well as a lip treatment, lip balm and even a lip gloss. It not only feels great, but smells great too. It has a fresh, clean scent and, to my surprise, a very sweet taste to it. It is not bland smelling or tasting like most unflavoured lip treatments are.
The best quality about this product, in my opinion, however, is the fact that it has an SPF. SPF is vital, especially with our harsh South African climate.
Although this product is rather pricey, I think it’s worth it because it is so effective for a lip treatment and it lasts the whole day.
