I bought the Big City Life palette in Berlin at Dischem the other day. This particular one was pretty hard to find and it’s easy to see why it’s in demand.
The colours are beautiful and very wearable, the payoff is great as is the pigmentation. And the packaging! Oh my goodness, I love it.
Each palette – there are four – comes with six eye colours and two cheek colours. These colours are supposed to represent the vibe of the city and are named after famous landmarks.
I’m a sucker for cute names and in the palette you will find Check Point Charlie, Ku Damm, Berlin Wall, Brandenburger Toh (or as we know it in English Brandenburg Gate) and Am Alex. The colours are a beautiful medley of browns and greys in a stylish magnetically closed box that will be great to travel with.
I think this is a huge win for Catrice. This palette will suit most skin tones and comes for the bargain price of R85. I bought all four ‘cities’ and I love them!
