Beyonce Heat Rush

I love this fragrance. It's my favourite Beyonce fragrance. I feel like queen B when I wear it. I like the smell of citrus and maybe that's why I don't find it over-powering. I do agree that it is an acquired smell though...one that I love!

Yesterday I went to the mall to test out some fragrances before making a decision on which one to buy. I saw this perfume at the clicks beauty stand and just had to try it out.
The bottle is so beautiful and instantly recognisable I knew I had to give it a try even though I knew very well I wont be able to afford it lol.
I sprayed a couple of sprays on my wrist and I must say I was a bit disappointed. Although a very attractive and sexy perfume, too much citrus and fruitiness for me and that just put me off. Don't get me wrong I am a huge fan of Beyoncé perfumes and citrus products especially in my body washes but, too much citrus is not good for me and that is why, although a very fantastic product and works very well, I had to use the Garnier dark spot corrector, of which the active ingredient is a citrus product, very sparingly otherwise it will dry out my skin too much. U also don't wanna end up smelling like an orange tree.

So, my conclusion is that this perfume is very expensive but, for mi its an acquired smell which I don't think I have acquired yet but an absolute heaven for people who love fruity, citrus scented perfumes.
