I crave soft and supple lips and I found that this balm delivers on both. Cracked, bleeding and dry lips are never fun and harsh winter elements makes adds to this. A repairing lip balm is a must-have and this Babor Basic Care Lip Repair Balm is at the top of my list. It's colourless and you can apply your lipstick/lipgloss over top.
