I usually stick to kohl liners, as I find they are easier to use and more pigmented than felt tip liners, then I met this baby! This is so pigmented and smudge free. I love that the find tip allows for an ultra thin and precise line, which can also be built up to a thicker line. I have used this on both my upper lid, as well as on my water line, and both work equally well. I find that most felt tip liners have more colour on the edges than on the tip of the liner, so you have to apply it sidewards. Not with this liner! I did two different looks on my eyes, the left has more liner on the waterline, and the right has a bit more of a dramatic upper lid with a bit of a flick.
