I LOVE this eyeliner!
The eyeliner is really affordable (and is often on special - thanks Avon!) and has a fantastic twist-up design so that the tip of your liner doesn't get ruined in the lid.
It is incredibly soft and so pigmented, one application lasts me the whole day! No mess and the liner does not smudge or rub off after a few hours.
Everybody should have one or two of these!
