These were an absolutely stunning purchase for me and i had no idea how much i was gonna love them! It's a liner : the ones i chose were brown n purple with the tiniest hint of sparkle in it that has this really eye opening n focus on my eyes effect! This stays put , lasts the entire day and works gorgeously with a smudger for a very soft smokey eye! I really love it!
