So I adore eyeliner. I use every colour I can find. On my lash line and in my lower lashes. The avon Glimmerstick is the easiest I have found to use, and you never need to sharpen it as it comes in a twist application! It hasn't irritated my sensitive eyes as I use in my actual eye on the inside lash line. I have smudged it and its not the best for smudging but for a nice solid line that is even and thin or thick its the best. Also it doesn't burn when I apply it so that's great not does it make my eye red or watery like some others I have used!
