The first thing you notice is the shape of the bottle. Most fragrances tend to have an interestingly shaped container, and why not when you’re forking out the same amount as you usually would for a fortnights groceries. Some tend to go for the no frills approach. Attraction has landed somewhere in the middle, simultaneously elegant and interesting, like a Japanese skyscraper.

I’m not one to overuse, or really even use cologne. Special occasions, sure two or three spritzes. I have a bottle of Only the Brave that has lasted me about four years, and probably would have lasted longer if half the contents didn’t spill out into my toiletries bag. I think I’ve always just felt it’s a little over the top. What I find with Attraction though is that it is understated. It’s there, but it’s not screaming at everyone to turn there heads trying figure out where the intense smell is coming from. I receive the usual compliments when hugging a friend, “wow you smell nice” and that’s what I want from a cologne.

I looked it up, and what my friends so blessed to hug me are smelling is juniper, cardamom and ginger. What I immediately think of is gin, one very expensive spice and the root that keeps me healthy, a winning combination! In all seriousness though these three combine to give a fantastic scent. It’s both spicy and smooth simultaneously, and as I mentioned, beautifully mild. Let me also say that it may be mild, but it is also strong. Now that may sound contradictory, but think of strong in a different sense, think of it not as the scent of the cologne, but of the impression it creates around you. Further there are notes of musk, sage, tonka bean, smoky woods (for the man in you) and patchouli. That last one is fun to say out loud.

All in all, Attraction is an awesome product. I find myself, who is more than a little skeptical of marinating myself in fancy scents, far more comfortable wearing it on a daily basis. I also think it is a very affordable product, and exceptionally so when compared to the competition. I would say this bottle will see me through years to come, as my previous ones have, but I have a feeling I may be hoping for another bottle under the tree come December.

I really like the smell of this on my partner and best thing is that he likes it too. He loves it as his day-to-day fragrance and keeps him smelling fresh and cool all day long. The musk and woody undertones in the cologne also adds that dash of modern masculinity.

Its definitely masculine and sporty but at the same time gentle and sexy.

I absolutely loved this perfume and as seen in my YouTube video the best word I can use to describe it is "sexy". Its definitely the type of fragrance I will like my partner to use and not to forget the packaging and bottle is absolutely beautiful and classy.
