Clarins Eye Contour Gel

The skin under our eyes is the thinnest skin on our bodies, at just 0.35mm compared with 1.6mm on the rest of our faces, and shows signs of ageing first. With hardly any oil glands, fewer support fibres and subject to a lot of movement (did you know that you blink up to 10 000 times per day ?), no wonder this thin skin is prone to creasing and sagging ! Reformulated with gingko biloba, cornflower, chamomile and aloe, this cooling gel depuffs and erases dark circles. The gel can be applied at any time, even over makeup, but is best used in the morning, when puffiness and circles are most apparent. The Clarins application method is half the trick - gentle pressing movements help to drain the lymph in the eye area, and the active ingredient in the product, gingko biloba, does the rest.
