''The real strength is in its gentleness'' I could not agree more, I found that using the toothpaste twice a day had no damaging effects on my enamel neither did I experience bleeding gums. I was really impressed overall about how coffee and other substances did not stain my teeth its almost as if I got a protective layer of the toothpaste. I only saw a slight improvement in the whitening of my teeth within the fourth week, the product is gentle in its effetiveness .The Soft Mint flavour is my favourite out of the two especially because its more of a lighter mint sensation on the tongue, even so ,my breath is way more fresher without an empowering minty scent.
