Elizabeth Arden is well-known for their quality products, and this lipgloss is no exception. As an avid lipgloss collector and addict, this was the perfect product for me to test. The container it comes in is quite simple but practical, as it has a mirror along the one side of it. This makes touch up's easy and quick - great idea for a woman on the go. The actual gloss is lovely - you can feel the quality in the texture. It's thicker than many glosses on the market, which also means that it lasts much longer than other glosses. It's not overly sticky, but instead I found it very moisturising and comfortable on the lips. It feels like a lip treatment - pampering for the lips. Next, I noticed that the applicator was quite wide, which made application quick and easy - one swipe was enough to cover the lips sufficiently. Lastly, the colour. I tried the "Rose crème" colour, which is a very light pink shade. It's basically nude on my lips, which can work with a bold eye makeup look. It's a very natural looking colour, possibly a bit too natural for me, making me look a tad washed out. I find it works nicely over a lipstick that I want to last a good few hours. Fantastic quality product that I would purchase in future, in a different shade to try something new.
