I have quite thick hair but it does fall flat at the roots especially when I flat iron it so I decided I'd give this root lifting spray a try.

I first tried it on damp hair before heat styling and was amazed at how lifted my hair looked from the roots. There was just the right amount of added volume. It stayed this way for the rest of the day .I also use it on dry hair and the results are more or less the same.

This spray does not leave my hair greasy or leave any residue..its also smells quite nice.

So I'm very chuffed at having bought this as it is not only cheap but effective too.

To be honest, I haven't used a root lifting spray before as they are normally quite pricey, so I don't have anything to compare this to. When I saw this one for R40, I thought I might as well have a go. After using it on dry hair, and then styling with a hair dryer, I must say that there was a difference and my hair did have volume instead of falling flat like it normally does. I did notice a bit of stickiness, but that could have come from the curling spray that I was using (also my first time using it!) All in all I would say that it is a good product and worth a try, especially for the price! I will try it on damp hair and style to see if there is any difference and will let you know.
