This eyeliner is amazing! It glides on effortlessly and the colour is very pigmented. It dries really fast which can be a bad thing but is a positive when you are trying to not get your liner in your crease.
The best part about it is that it is safe for the waterline and looks really dark when applied to the lower lash line.
