Another gorgeous Clarins product housed in the gold case and wrapped in the red velvet pouch. These colours are beautiful and are inspired by a painters watercolours. They can be worn dry or wet. The palette also comes with a black eyeliner and a double-sided applicator.

I definitely prefer these shadows when applied with a wet/damp brush. The colours become much more intense and really pop. On my fair skin some of the colours when applied dry barely show up. These shadows are extremely soft and silky and apply perfectly with a slight shimmer to them. Very slight shimmer. The applicator that is included isn't bad. I don't use the shadow one but I quite like the eyeliner side. It can be used to create an extremely precise line. The eyeliner itself is also fabulous. Very dark black and glides on very smoothly. These shadows and liner last all day and nothing smudges.

I love this deluxe palette and I think the texture, colours and feel of everything is gorgeous. They are very blend-able and can be worn sheer or layered for for intense looks. Very versatile colours and loads of different looks can be created.
