I found this product in my local Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket and it cost me only R20. ecoTOOLS is an international brand that has developed a cult following overseas for there high quality products and powerful environmental message. Despite the extremely low price the brush is very well made. The handle and ferrule is firmly attached and the bristles are silky soft. The shape of the brush is large, fluffy and tapered so that it can be used to apply colour all over the lid and even to define the crease. I highly recommend this brush and others in the collection. I plan to go back for the large powder brush which retails for R50.
