OOOUUUU. The fact I have natural hair and this still works with my hair is outstanding for me. Yes it is not a natural heat protectant (less silicones and proteins) its nonetheless an amazing product which leaves my hair silky and soft after my wash day routine. I apply it to soaking-wet hair and it allows to seal the hydration in!! The price might put you off....for a small bottle it is about 50bucks...but eeyy it actually does a good job

Ladies, this is a holy grail product that we should all have in our hair stash, I’ve since used this product since the beginning of June 2020 and it’s been a favorite since, before I found this beauty I used the Tony&Guy heat protection spray however I needed to get a more affordable heat protection spray so I there I went off into the sunset looking for an alternative and by chance I came across the Treseme Heat Protection spray at Clicks, this product has been a game changer ever since and I’ve noticed my ends aren’t as dry as they used to be and my hair looks fabulous after each blow dry. I have naturally curly hair that is prone to frizz. Therefore, when using heat styling, I need to protect my hair from the harsh effects of heat damage. The Tresemme heat defence spray has definitely helped in protecting my hair. The bottle of heat spray has also lasted quite long. so definitely value for money! However, this is also dependent on how often you heat style your hair.

This is the only product I like of the Tresemme range. It always leaves my hair shiny after a cleansing wash and blow.

My go-to heat defence spray, it has a great scent and definitely helps protect my hair when I blow-dry or straighten. I love the little travel size bottle. I have noticed that my hair tends to become oily a day sooner when I use the spray, but I do also struggle with my hair getting oily faster than the average woman and know that adding product to my hair speeds up that process. Definitely still a product I'm happy to purchase and use multiple times a week.

I spray this product on my damp hair just before I blow dry and straighten my hair. it softens and smoothens my hair. It smells amazing.

I have fallen back in love with straightening my hair once or twice a week and I would not have been able to cope without this gem of a product. It is so affordable and really works. I have found in the past that with a lot of heat styling protector sprays, that it makes my hair almost "crunchy" if that makes sense. Like the product gets hard and dry once the hair straightener runs over it and it feels "crusty". Because of this, I have stayed away from these sprays for the longest time. I saw this product on my Instagram feed and decided to buy the mini to try it.

It smells amazing, like a Salon product would and left my hair soft to the touch pre and post straightening. I can definitely feel the difference it has made in my routine. Also, there is no product build up on day 2 or 3 wear. That is the best part. My hair feels natural and untouched. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone on a budget, who still wants to treat their hair the way they deserve to be treated.

I found that it really protects my hair when I use heat to style it. It allows me to style my hair a whole lot more while preventing the damage it causes. I love this product and if you're looking for a good heat defense i would seriously recommend

I tried this for the first time in high school, I didn't even know there were products that protected your hair against heat on the market back then, it was new to me, I tried it and loved it! I cant believe there was a time that I never used a heat protectant on my hair . now im glad I do, ive been using it ever since! it really takes great care of my ends, I haven't had as many split ends in ages, it doesn't leave your hair oily and it smells great! overall its a great product

Using tools, like hair straighteners, really damage your hair. This product really helps with reducing the amount of damage caused by these tools. The product has a lovely fragrance. The solution is lightweight and does not leave your hair feeling sticky. This product is not travel-friendly. It leaks whilst in your suitcase, which could ruin your belongings.

I quite like this product and can see what the hype is all about.

The formula is really nice. It does not leave my hair feeling sticky / oily and it does not weigh my hair down.

It is very light weight and has a pleasant scent. I do want to mention that it is a tad pricey in my opinion.

The packaging is quite cheap and there is nothing luxurious about it. I like the juice, but for the price- I would have liked a better pump.

I use heat to style my hair A LOT so when I purchase a product, I need to know that it's going to help my hair stay healthy. This spray smells really nice, but it literally just wets my hair. My hair didn't feel any different than when I just used my shampoo and conditioner. Maybe I expected a bit too much from this products and I used it for quite a bit to gauge whether it was working or not. The best way to protect your hair from heat styling is to give it a break now and then.

I absolutely love this product. I can use it on my natural type 4c hair and my hair extensions. It provides excellent strand protection but doesn't weigh down the hair. Definitely a thumbs up!

I bought this product after starting my natural hair journey. I'm a 4c hair type with low porosity hair and it tends to get split ends easily. I was always using heat on my hair and I was starting to get scared of heat damage so I purchased this product from Clicks and would use it when doing a tension blowout.

This product is bomb for the following reasons:
1. No build up. A lot of serums and sprays tend to feel a bit greasy. The formula in this protectant is so light and avoids that.
2. Non-drying. After using this and applying heat on my hair, my hair still felt moisturised and soft.

My hair for some reason is so pro to split ends, but after using this spray before styling, I find that my split ends have decreased considerably.

I have 3 trusted products I use when blow drying my hair.

First I comb some Bone straight into my hair followed by a few sprays of the TRESemme Heat Defence Styling Spray. I then roughly blow dry until about 80% dry. I add some argan oil to my tips and then finish off with a blow dry brush.

My hair has never looked better and I have barely any visible heat damage (and I blow dry my hair every 2-3 days).

This is my go to heat resistant spray. My hair is very fine and burns easily. This makes my hair feels stronger, shinier and smells amazing. Truly in love with this product.

Its a huge bottle which give you value for your money and since I don't heat style my hair every day I get quite far with one bottle. Turned out to be an amazing product and I am a lover of heat protectors as I style my hair quite often.

The lightweight liquid formula protects hair from drying and styling. There was a noticeable difference when it came to damage on my hair , I had less split ends and my hair was still strong healthy and shiny .

A tip that works for me is to not spray it directly onto my hair since I find that it does not apply evenly. I therefore spray a generous amount into the palm of my hands, spread it onto my hair and brush my hair with a paddle brush. This seems to be working for me.

Its so very important to use a heat protection spray if you always use a hair drier or flattening iron on your hair.

Its important because you can damage and break your hair by putting it under so much concentrated heat. Your hair also loose a lot of moisture during the drying and ironing process.

This spray gives your hair extra vitamins to lock in the moisture to keep your hair hydrated, soft and silky smooth. It doesn't leave that sticky feeling on your fingers and hair, that some hair protection products do.

The packaging is nice. I prefer the handbag size spritz bottle to the large gun-type spray. I always seem to break those gun-type sprays and then I have to decant the spray into a normal spritz bottle. Thats why I prefer the smaller handbag size version of this product.

The price is definitely affordable, its always available at all the major retailers.

I never really understood the importance nor need for using a heat defense spay until I started using one myself.

I have extremely dry and damaged hair and have never used any heat protectant sprays and then I finally decided to buy one when learning about how important they are in a beauty chat.One of these heat protectant sprays I bought was the Tresemme Heat Defense Spray, I have been using it for weeks just before I start to blow dry my hair.

Here’s what I have to say about the Tresemme Heat Defense Spray: Firstly I do find it to help protect my hair from straightening which I do every do, my hair does look less drying and damaged then when I don’t use my Tresemme Heat Defense Spray. My split ends also seems to be less noticeable which is probably because my hair doesn’t look as dry. One thing I have disagree with Tresemme’s claim, in my opinion I find that it does make my hair look dull and lifeless, which then forces me to use another product to make it look shinny which I really don’t want to do. I am not a fan of using lots of hair products because it makes my hair super oily and means I have to wash it often and my hair looses all it’s nutrients. This spray l found lasts really long I have used it a few weeks if not months and it fells like I’ve hardly used it at all, it’s also super affordable I got mine for R79.99 at Clicks. I love the fact that this spray doesn’t leave my hair sticky at all, I have used another heat protectant before and found that it made my hair super sticky which made me want to wash it all over again…

I really enjoy using this on my hair it seems to do a really good job except for the fact that it leaves me with dull looking hair which is not the end of the world but something I don’t really want. Have you used this before?

I am not a big Tresemme fan but I must say that I do like this heat treatment. I can definitely see a difference in my hair and will purchase this again.

I have very fine hair that tends to get limp after a day or two after washing. I can only use conditioner in autumn & winter for moisture as in summer it gets heavy after using conditioner. I thought to give Tressemme heat styling spray a try after having washed hair that dried brittle with no conditioner, What a perfect choice! Now that spring is a few weeks away, i can be sure that i will have hair that stays shiny and smooth all the way through to summer. I used to be a huge fan of heat styling and I realised I neeeeeeed this product when I saw it at clicks. The pictures and tv ads associated with tresemme products are usually that of ladies with beautiful and long flowing hair with no frizz, no dryness, just gorgeous model/catwalk to die for hair. this product is a true gem and helps me create the look that I want. I can use it as a styling spray to keep flyaway hair in place or as a heat protection before blowdrying or straightening and voila great looking hair in half the time. No grease, no mess, no fuss for at least 3-4 days before it needs a wash again. If i feel tired of my look, I had no problems brushing out the product and washing hair the next day.
