Tell us about your blog? Kalopsia Metanoia was created out a pure passion for writing. Through its still fairly new, it covers a number of topics, including life experiences, travel adventures and also dabbles into its writer’s take on beauty including all her tutorials, advice, experiments and latest must have products and tips. 

What are your top three handbag beauty essentials? My top three handbag essentials are literally three things I cannot live without; a pair of sunglasses, my long stay red lipstick and my favourite perfume. 

Your go-to everyday makeup look? My go-to makeup look would have to be a smokey eye and nude lip – Its simple, fast to apply, fits with every outfit and always gives you that done up glamour look. 

Choose One:

   Lipstick or lipgloss? I’m a lover of bright red lipstick or any lipstick for that matter. A little burst of colour always livens up any look. 

   Heels or flats? Nothing gets my heart racing like a beautiful pair of Aldo heels but I recently found a love for flat detailed leather boots, currently I am running out of cupboard space to maintain my boot addiction – We all have our weaknesses. 

Your failsafe ‘ugly day’ beauty fix? My beauty fix would have to be a good concealer, you can never go wrong if you have your skin well covered, something that smoothens out any imperfections on your skin. Eyes are also really important – even on a bad day – if all else fails, forget all the details of blending shadows and adding liners, stick with a good coat of mascara to still give that clean ‘no makeup’ look. On days like these, simpler is better!
