I found these pencils by Beaute cosmetics at Dischem and was immediately attracted to them, because I love the little built in sharpener in their caps ( I just adore gimmicky things)! What a lovely idea, you never ever have to hunt around for your sharpener when the pencil goes blunt, as it is right there in the lid. The pencils are silver in colour and the shade is indicated on the tip of the cap and at the base. They are dirt cheap, as well! I think I paid about R14,99 each a few months ago. I dont know the brand at all, so I cant tell you much about the ingredients or whether it is tested by an opthalmologist or a dermatologist. All I can say is that I have been using the white eye pencil on the inside of my eyes and I have had no redness or irritation ( and my eyes are quite sensitive).
