I was always sceptical about hair oils, thinking that they would make my hair look oily.
But after battling with dry, damaged, static hair all winter I got this oil and I love it!
The glass bottle that it comes in gives it that "fancy" feeling ;)
When first applying the oil (and you only need one small pump as it goes a long way) it is smooth and sleek but quite visible in the hair, but after a few minutes and a couple of brush strokes it is absorbed and no longer looks oily. It leaves hair feeling silky soft with no dryness, reduces the appearance of split ends and is great for taming frizz! And it smells divine too!

This is the hair oil to use for styling. When applied onto the ends of the hair the Elixir mimics similar characteristics of all hair oils on the shelf - but when you pair this with a brush and a hairdryer - the effects are wow! Great for taming frizz and maintaining my blow dried locks - this oil also smelt great. For individuals with frizzy and curly hair I bet this will be a winner for everyday usage.

A tip: use a drop of the product on the ends of your hair, any more and hair will appear to greasy and weighed down.

This product is pretty neat for the hefty price tag. My hair has been experiencing some dry spells these last few months and I really do not appreciate the change in weather adding to the problem and I really have tried everything. So, I decided to get hold of this beauty to give my hair some much needed TLC.
The oil is rich but not the overwhelming kind and I applied it after I had washed my hair. Left on for about 1 hour and washed out. Its surprising how soft, smooth and tangle free my hair felt afterwards which was very impressive. Plus, as an added bonus, the smell was incredible.

The style and shape of the bottle is very elegant which compliments the product in many ways. I think it also says something about the quality of the purchase you are making.
